About the role
This is an opportunity to build on your existing sales experience, become a sales development expert, and ultimately move into a leadership role. When you join, you’ll undergo an intense training program that’s focused on practical real world skills and will equip you for success in our business. Over time you’ll get to take on responsibility, mentor junior team members, and then move into a management role.
Initially you’ll be assigned to a team that’s supporting one of our SaaS or FinTech clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to target accounts, engaging key decision makers via phone and email, and qualifying opportunities. You will also be involved in optimising the client’s go-to-market motion – this includes refining targeting and messaging and figuring out what works and what doesn’t. Each day you’ll be faced with fresh challenges which will require you to learn and adapt.
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you match the following requirements:
- University degree (in any field)
- 2+ years B2B sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interest in the world of tech
- High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
