REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognised by SAQA. Five (5)
years’ experience in Labour Relations of which three (3) years must be at a
Junior Management or Assistant Director level. Experience in the relevant field
will be an added advantage. A valid driver’s license except for people with
disability.
DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible to: Coordinate the implementation
of collective agreements, Council and Chamber Resolutions in the Provincial
Administration. Coordinate and represent the employer in collective bargaining

and Labour Relations Consultative Forums. Coordinate public service
industrial action in the Provincial Administration. Coordinate capacity building
on the Grievance rules and Disciplinary Code and Procedure in the Provincial
Administration.
