REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognised by SAQA. Five (5)
years’ experience in Organisational Development of which three (3) years must
be at a Junior Management or Assistant Director level. Qualification in
Management Services, Operations, Production Management or Industrial and
Organisational Psychology will be an added advantage. A valid driver’s license
except for people with disability.
DUTIES : Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of Job Evaluation for
SMS (13 – 16) and level 1-12 posts. Coordinate, monitor and evaluate
Provincial Organisation Development activities. Coordinate the development
and implementation of Organisation Development and Job Evaluation polices.
Coordinate the development and implementation of Business Processes.
