REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognised by SAQA. Five (5)
years’ experience in Performance Management of which three (3) years must
be at a Junior Management or Assistant Director level. Experience in the
relevant field will be an added advantage. A valid driver’s license except for
people with disability.
DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible to: Provide direction and support
on the implementation of Performance Management and Development System
in all Provincial Departments. Develop and coordinate Provincial Performance
Management policies and procedures. Monitor compliance to strategic plans
and management plans as they relate to Performance Management by all
Provincial Departments. Conduct quality assurance oversight on the
Performance instruments (PIS), progress review discussion (PRDS), annual
assessment (AAS) report of Senior Management Services (SMS) and lower
levels. Analyze Performance assessment of SMS members and lower levels.
