REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognised by SAQA. Three
(3) years’ experience in Human Resource Management at a Supervisory level.
Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage. PERSAL literate.
A valid driver’s license except for people with disability.
DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible to: Monitor Recruitment and
Selection process of Personnel. Administer and Monitor Ethics and eDisclosure system. Monitor the Establishment and updating of PERSAL.
Monitor Transfers, Secondments and Translations.
