REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate. A qualification at NQF level 6 in Public
Administration/ Supply Chain/ Records Management. At least minimum of 3-5
years’ relevant experience. Good communication and administrative skills. A
good understanding of Office / Auxiliary Services. Computer skills. Good
interpersonal and verbal – and written communication skills. A valid driver’s
DUTIES : Administer leases, telephone contracts and office equipment. Oversee
Records Management. Supervise cleaning and security services.
