Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Own car and licence
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Non-smoker
  • Very good working knowledge of XERO
  • You have initial professional experience in all elements of an administration / financial department.
  • You don’t need to be graduated but be able to operate at that level
  • Be passionate about making the financial and admin system work like a Swiss watch
  • You can work independently and in a structured manner
  • You are very task orientated but a team and people’s person
  • You are hardworking, accurate, honest, and proactive
  • You live within easy travelling distance to Samrand (Centurion) area
  • You have good Afrikaans and English skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Capturing on Xero
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices and receivables management
  • Assist with reconciliations where possible
  • Review and posting of expense and credit card statements
  • Incoming invoice verification and control of the approval process
  • Organization of monthly Mancom meetings and handling all the admin around that
  • Assisting with preparing, analysing an and reporting on the wages
  • Cooperation with external accountant and tax consultant
  • Support with other administrative tasks (reception, office management, application management, onboarding,)
  • Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
