Key Account Manager – Telecoms

Leading Telecoms firm seeks customer-orientated indiv. Be instrumental in managing the relationship of important Mobile Network Operator customers. Develop and implement Account Strategy. Market sites and drive new business and revenues. Exciting career opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Forge excellent relationship with Key customers and Commercial team.
  • Pivotal role in Marketing relevant sites.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to drive new business targets, diversify revenue streams and manage existing revenue streams.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customer and ensure relevant information flows.
  • Obtain detailed information on customer rollout plans and determine appropriate infrastructure solutions.
  • Track the development of collocation and sites.
  • Ensure billing is accurate and be responsible for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Program manage the Co-location and processes.
  • Collaborate with commercial team to package offers to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to customer pain points.
  • Monitoring customer strategy by analysing reports and communicating with clients.
  • Identify opportunities and upsell complimentary products to increase customer wallet share.
  • Other key responsibilities to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Degree or Qualification
  • 8 to 12 yrs exp in Business Development, Sales or KAM in Telecom’s.
  • Good understanding of wireless networks. Tower exp an advantage.
